Each workout emphasizes the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core, giving you a well-rounded upper body training experience. In just one hour each week, you’ll push past limits, improve performance, and build lasting confidence.

Build your curves by focusing on the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core for an hour-long session, twice a week.

Barbell Club

Fit-Werks Barbell Club is designed for anyone who wants to train like an athlete. Through structured barbell training, you’ll build strength, power, and confidence while learning proper lifting technique. FitWerks is the best! I'm coming up on a year with them, and the support within the FitWerks community is amazing. I have tried many gyms and diets to try to get into shape. I didn't see any results until I started Fit-Werks in June of this year. The Fit-Werks team learn about you as an individual person, hold you accountable, and push you to push yourself. They keep the workouts interesting by switching them up every day, and its nice to have your workout planned out for you. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable about how to get you to your fitness goal. This gym is like a community - everyone cares about you, learns your name, and interacts with you. How Much Are The Memberships?

Memberships at Fit-Werks vary depending on the individual. Our transformation programs can include group training, individual training, nutrition plans and more! Once we design the perfect program based on your goals and timeframe, we will go over the price.

Do I Have To Have Experience To Workout At The Fit-Werks?

Not at all. Our gym is designed for beginners to advanced, and we’re with you every step of the journey!

Do I Have To Commit To A Long-Term Membership?

Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now.

I Want To Get Into Amazing Shape, But I’m Scared To Get Started.  Help!

We got you. We understand getting started is the hardest part. We’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us.
