Ready for the Beach?

Hey Everybody!
I filmed a little video here from when I was at the beach last weekend for Fitness Business Summit.

Most People dont believe me when I tell them that the fastest way to six pack abs is a good resistance (bodyweight or actuall weights) program. Not doing a thousand crunches.
So incorporate exercises like pushups, squats, burpees, mountain climbers and lunges into your workouts, or get on a good weight training program. Also stop running 5, 6, or 10 miles at a time, if its abs you are wanting. The long distance steady-state cardio isnt going to get you slammin abs. Instead running 10-12 wind sprints as hard as you can 2 to 3 times a week is much more effective.
So get in a more intense workout, in half the time and you will see twice the results as long as your intensity is maxed out.

I stopped training with Chad for 4 months over the winter and gained back the weight I had originally lost PLUS more. I now have back boobs and parts of my body continue to move minutes after I stop. I am back on the wagon. Training with Chad and going to Boot Camp every chance I get! Remember how much fun we had last summer? Let’s do it again! See you at Fit-Werks!!!
