5 Diet Tips For Fat Loss: Part 3

Hey Fit-Werks Followers,

Sorry it has taken so long to get part 3, of this 5 part series out to you, but I have been busy training clients, training myself, baby sitting Sonny, and chasing my kids all over as they partake in all of their extra-curricular activities.

So here is tip # 3:  Cut out the Fried Foods!

This 3rd part is by far the toughest for me.

You see I was brought up old school county when it comes to eating.  My mom was an awesome cook growing up.  She learned form her mom who ran a restaurant for many years in my home town of El Reno.  Of course everything was deep fat fried.  I love this stuff.  Chicken fried steak, breaded chicken strips, potatoes no matter what kind they are.  My hometown is also home to the “Onion Fried Burger day Festival”  So as you can see my whole life I have been deep fried influenced.

When the time came for me to get serious about changing my eating and health habits (right after my mom was diagnosed with cancer and my dad had a 6 bypass heart surgery).  One of the first things I did was cut out most of those unhealthy fried things that I mentioned above.  Dont get me wrong I acutally still enjoy these foods, but now these are reserved for special ocassions and cheat days.  With the change came really fast results.  I lost weight almost instantly

So If you find yourself in the same ” I love fried foods” catagory as me then do yourself a favor and start cutting it out of your everyday diet.  You will within days feel better all around and withen just a couple to enen a few weeks will start the scale sliding in your favor!

So stop putting crap in, and you will stop getting crap out!
