Warm-up starts 5 minutes before each session time, so plan on arriving 8-10 minutes early. (ex. If you’re scheduled for 6am, arrive between 5:50 and and 5:52 to give you plenty of time to get situated for the warm-up that starts at 5:55am
Each workout lasts 30 minutes with a 5 minute warm-up before and a 5 minute cool-down after. You will get a great workout in 40 minutes!
Yes! Our programming is suitable for all fitness levels and we provide modifications as needed.
